Payment & Cancellation Policy
Scheduled classes are non-refundable and not transferable to another date. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may send someone in your place.
All students must recognize this Payment & Cancellation Policy prior to registering for any cooking class. All cooking classes must be paid in full to reserve your spot. HST will be applied to all classes.
Upon completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive one, please phone The Chef Next Door at 519-915-2665.
Paying with Gift Card/Gift Certificate
If a student uses a gift card or gift certificate and is unable to attend a class, the above policy applies. Gift certificate(s) and/or gift card(s) will be debited or voided. Please bring your gift card or certificate to the class.
The Chef Next Door reserves the right to cancel a class when the minimum enrollment is not met. 36 hours' notification will be given and the participant will be issued a full refund or credit towards another class.
